The PureVision multifocal contacts continued to become more comfortable for me. I now wear them about 3 weeks before changing to a new pair. I do not sleep in them often but do find it convenient for traveling to have the ability to sleep in my multi-focal contacts.

I am trying to find a review in all over the internet about this dietary plans... I know, fiber is one big help to the body's digestive system... if it what this Sonoma is advocating then I all for it.

Natural is vital.

Good Luck then,...

Anyway, I think what you pointed out on the body adjusting to reduced calories requirements is true...

i have been battling with it for the last 5 years.. getting down on weight, gaining back again.. losing, gaining... it kind of really extend you resolve... but one thing that helps a lot is appetite suppressants... not the Phen.. something.. but the natural suppressants...

I gotta say, the minute I moved into my apartment, I ate next to nothing, because there's no food in the house ever! So when I go to restaurants, I can't even go halfway before being full. and I used to weigh a LOT. and i used to be able to eat A LOT. but that's no longer the case at all, i'm always eating a few bites of something so my stomach never gets full. Only when I'm hungry. So basicially, these were my two cents on the shrinking: I believe it occurs, hands down!

Wow, i admire you. You're one total health conscious person. Glad to know you're into diving too - good way of keeping up my fitness and health for years as well.. It's a seriously good work out for anybody. Imagine burning 300 to 400 calories while you're just down there, enjoying the good view, right? What else can be better than that?

I never thought about the "sleep with your contacts" option as I have dry eyes. I use Focus Dailies and grab a new pair every morning. I found that to be the best combination. I know this reviews is about 6 months old. What is your experience now?

Thanks for your positive support rran! I know what you mean by rebounds and plateaus. I am too early in this one to have them yet. I do love the food and think it will keep me motivated to stay on track. Good luck to you too,

that sounds like a kick ass sonoma meal! I'm about ready to start this plan again this weekend and I'm looking forward to dropping a few pounds. I've tried the program 2 years ago and it worked great. I'd like to follow your progress so I hope you stick with the blog. Good luck.... I know this will work for you if you can get through the first wave. One Tip Don't get too worried about your weight loss on a day to day basis.... just weigh in once a week at the same day and time so any rebounds or plateaus don't get you discouraged.
